1. An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Ridgeville to enter into a Mutual Aid Agreement with the cities of Avon Lake, Avon, the Eastern Lorain County Emergency Response Team, and the Westshore Enforcement Bureau for the interchange of SWAT services.
2. An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Ridgeville to enter into a contract(s) for the purchase of three (3) battery powered patient cots, three (3) Lucas devices and the necessary accessories for the ambulances from the State Bid List, or to advertise for bids and enter into a contract(s) with outside vendors, according to law and in a manner prescribed by law.
3. An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to advertise for bids and enter into a contract according to law and in the manner prescribed by law with the lowest and best bidder for the construction of a salt barn and all appurtenances thereto for the Public Works Department.
4. An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Ridgeville to purchase an International HV507 SFA Tandem axle dump truck with plow and salt spreader for the Public Works Department through the Ohio Department of Administrative Services or the Ohio Department of Transportation Cooperative Purchase Program; or to advertise for bids and enter into contract(s) with outside vendor(s) according to law and in a manner prescribed by law with the lowest and best bidder(s).
