Proposal consists of constructing a monopole telecommunications tower at Shady Drive Complex. Property zoned R-1 Residential District.PC ACTION: Approved by a vote of 4-0 with the following condition: 1. That solid fencing be installed all the way around the enclosure to a height of 8 feet.(Council approval is required for all plans and recommendations from Planning Commission)
