1. An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Ridgeville to award and enter into a contract with Stryker without bidding for the purchase of power cots and LUCAS devices and appurtenances for the fire department not to exceed $160,000.00.
2. A Resolution authorizing the City Engineer to make application on behalf of the City of North Ridgeville to the Ohio Public Works Commission for the Sugar Ridge and Bender Road Roundabout Project; further authorizing the Mayor to accept the funding, if awarded, and to execute a contract with the Ohio Public Works Commission.
3. An Ordinance accepting the Community Development Block Grant funds and authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with Lorain County Community Development for the Behm Road watermain replacement and other appurtenances.
4. An Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 2026-39 which imposed a 180-day moratorium on the granting of permits or new business applications for Assisted Living Facilities and Rest Homes in the City of North Ridgeville by extending the moratorium for an additional 180 days, in order to allow the Planning Commission and Council to consider possible changes to Use Regulations in the North Ridgeville Zoning Code.
