  10. <u>The North Ridgeville Planning Commission took action on the following items at their regular meeting of September 15, 2026:</u><br>MDP-26-0004 - Firefighters Credit Union, 34500 Center Ridge Rd, PPN: 07-00-016-102-011<br data-pasted="true">Applicant: Mike Kolenz, K4 Architecture, 555 Gest St, Cincinnati, OH 45203. Proposal consists of demolishing existing buildings on site and constructing a new Firefighters Community Credit Union. Property is zoned B-3 Highway Commercial District.<br><span style="color: rgb(138, 145, 106);"><u><strong>PC ACTION:</strong></u> Approved by a vote of 4-0 with the following conditions: <br></span><span style="color: rgb(138, 145, 106);">1. A six-foot-high fence shall be installed along the north property line.2. The photometric plan shall be administratively reviewed for compliance.3. The rear light fixture shall be administratively reviewed to determine whether it can remain as proposed or be replaced with two shorter light fixtures.4. The Commission approves the buffering, drive-through stacking and curb cut location as presented.</span><br><br><u>North Ridgeville Wastewater Master Plan</u><br data-pasted="true"><span style="color: rgb(138, 145, 106);"><u><strong>PC ACTION:</strong></u> Approved by a vote of 4-0.

  13. BUILDING AND LANDS COMMITTEE REPORT dated August 31, 2026 – The Committee reviewed and considered Ordinance No. 2026‑71 and determined that the revised changes to ORD. NO. 2026-71 proposed by Councilman Wolanski and the Administration were ready to go back to City Council for consideration. The Committee then moved to return Ordinance No. 2026‑71 to City Council for further consideration with the revised provisions. <br><span style="color: rgb(94, 104, 60);" id="isPasted"><strong>(Council acceptance is required for the committee report.)</strong></span>
