3. An Ordinance authorizing the City Manager to enter into a lease agreement to permit farming operations on a parcel of real estate owned by the City of Moraine for an annual lease payment of $110.00, repealing all prior inconsistent legislation, and declaring an emergency.
4. A Resolution authorizing the purchase of a 2025 Ford Transit 350 Cargo RDW High Roof EXT Van from Lebanon Ford for use by the Building Maintenance Division at a price of $64,023.00.
