A Resolution to repeal Resolution No. 8146-25 adopted April 10, 2025 and to replace said Resolution No. 8146-25 with current Resolution No. 8158-25 accepting the bid of and authorizing the City Manager to enter into a contract with Barrett Paving Materials, Inc. for the 2025 Asphalt Paving Program for the total amount of $611,148.76 and further authorizing the City Manager to execute needed change order(s), if any, in specified amount.
2. A Resolution to repeal Resolution No. 8141-25 and to replace same with current Resolution No. 8159-25 approving and authorizing the City Manager to sign an agreement with the Miami Conservancy District to obtain Land Use Permit No. 16-4007-1.
3. A Resolution authorizing and approving purchase order.
4. An Ordinance approving amendment to the Table of Organization and approving a Memorandum of Understanding with the Dayton Public Service Union Ohio Council 8, Local 101, AFSCME, AFL-CIO.
