1. A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement with Berkley Life and Health Insurance Company (Berkley Accident and Health) and the Waymark Collective for the provision of employer stop loss insurance coverage for the year 2026.
2. A Resolution approving the continuation of the City’s Self Insurance Program and renewal of its contract with Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield to provide medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage via said Self Insurance Program.
3. A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into a contract with the Montgomery County Public Defender Office and the Montgomery County Public Defender Commission for legal services for indigent persons charged with jailable offenses under City Ordinances in the year 2026.
4. A Resolution accepting the proposal of The Kleingers Group for the provision of professional survey and design services for the Ora Everetts Park Splash Pad at a total cost of $242,000.00.
