2. A Resolution accepting the proposal of and authorizing the City to purchase at state bid from Deere & Company a tractor, loader, and tiller at a price of $73,979.11 for use by the Street Division.
3. A Resolution authorizing the City of Moraine to accept the proposal of Palmer Trucks for purchase of a 2027 Kenworth dump truck for use by the Street Division at a state bid price of $131,000.00 and further authorizing upfitting of said truck by Kalida Truck Equipment, Inc. at a cost of $136,600.00 - for a total price of $267,600.00.
