3. A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to purchase at state bid a new Braun Chief Xl ambulance unit from Penn Care, Inc. for use by the Fire Division at a cost not to exceed $362,892.00.
4. A Resolution authorizing the use of opioid settlement funds in order to receive crisis intervention trained co-responder(s) services from South Community, Inc. dba South Community Behavioral Health, in an amount not to exceed $50,000.00 for the three-year term previously authorized by Council On March 13, 2025, to be paid by the City Of Moraine, Ohio.
