1. Resolution No. 68-2025. A Resolution accepting the lowest and/or best quote submitted for the Plaza South Shopping Center heating, ventilation, and air conditioning project and authorizing the City Manager to enter into a contract by and between the City of Monroe and Air Authority.
2. Resolution No. 67-2025. A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement by and between the City of Monroe and Plattenburg & Associates, Inc. for the annual audit for Fiscal Years 2025 through 2029.
