1. Resolution No. 85-2025. A Resolution accepting the lowest and/or best quote submitted for the office remodeling project and authorizing the City Manager to enter into a contract by and between the City of Monroe and Trade 31.
2. Ordinance No. 2025-46. An Ordinance authorizing the City Manager to enter into an amended Planned Unit Development Agreement by and between the City of Monroe and Mount Pleasant Ohio Living to modify Phases 4 and 7 of the development plan.
3. Ordinance No. 2025-45. An Ordinance rezoning real property containing approximately 84.6 acres, more or less, located at North Main Street from U-R Urban Residential and G-C General Commercial to G-R General Residential and U-R Urban Residential and authorizing the City Manager to enter into a Planned Unit Development Agreement by and between the City of Monroe and Bridge Development Group.
