Consider the purchase of property for public purposes, if premature disclosure of information would give an unfair competitive or bargaining advantage to a person whose personal, private interest is adverse to general public interest; <br>Consider confidential information related to the marketing plans, specific business strategy, production techniques, trade secrets, or personal financial statements of an applicant for economic development assistance. Executive session is necessary to protect the interests of the applicant or possible use of public funds in connection with the project.
  3. <strong>Consideration of Motion to authorize the expenditure of $53,500 from the 2026 Capital Budget for network related items.

  5. Emergency Ordinance No. 2026-28. An Ordinance granting an easement to Duke Energy Ohio, Inc. for the purposes of the installation and maintenance of electric lines serving the Municipal Services Center at 200 Clark Boulevard and declaring an emergency.
