An Ordinance levying special assessments for the purpose of acquiring, constructing, and improving an air quality facility; and authorizing and approving a cooperative agreement providing for the financing of an air quality facility project in the City of Monroe, Ohio and declaring an emergency.
  3. Resolution No. 61-2026. A Resolution accepting the lowest and/or best quote submitted for phase two of the City Building foundation repairs and authorizing the City Manager to enter into a contract by and between the City of Monroe and Dill's Dirt Work and Demolition, LLC in the amount of $17,420.00.
  4. Resolution No. 60-2026. A Resolution approving a Purchase Order in the amount of $36,000.00 to Howell Rescue Systems for the purchase of extrication equipment.
  5. Resolution No. 53-2026. A Resolution amending Resolution No. 15-2026 to increase the blanket purchase order for Tyler Technologies to $94,500 and to increase the blanket purchase order for National Inspection Corporation to $700,000 and to increase the blanket purchase order for Frost Brown Todd LLC, now known as FBT Gibbons LLP, to $300,000 as recommended by the Director of Finance and the City Manager.

  7. Resolution No. 56-2026. A Resolution approving a Then-and-Now Certificate in the amount of $3,425.23 to the Treasurer of State of Ohio for residential and commercial state fees for August 2026.

Consider the employment and compensation of public employees or officials;<br>Consider confidential information related to the marketing plans, specific business strategy, production techniques, trade secrets, or personal financial statements of an applicant for economic development assistance. Executive session is necessary to protect the interests of the applicant or possible use of public funds in connection with the project.
  9. Resolution No. 57-2026. A Resolution approving a Then-and-Now Certificate in the amount of $10,950.54 to Atlantic Emergency Solutions for vehicle repair services.
  10. Resolution No. 59-2026. A Resolution determining to proceed with the acquisition, construction, and improvement of an air quality facility.
  11. <strong>Consideration of Motion to appoint Bob Buchanan as Acting City Manager, effective October 16, 2026 through October 21, 2026.
  12. Ordinance No. 2026-30. An Ordinance amending and supplementing Ordinance No. 2026-26, otherwise known as the Permanent Appropriations Ordinance, to meet current expenses and other expenditures of the City of Monroe, during fiscal year ending December 31, 2026.
  13. Resolution No. 55-2026. A Resolution approving a Then-and-Now Certificate in the amount of $14,368.11 to Duke Energy Ohio for the electric service at the Municipal Services Building.
