Recommendation from Public Service Director:<br>Authorize the purchase of a TruVac Hydo Excavation Truck from A&H Equipment Company in an amount not to exceed $575,000, and authorize the City Administrator to effectuate the agreement, and approve any additional change orders not to exceed 10% of the total contract amount.
2. Recommendation from Public Service Director:<br>Authorize the purchase of a John Deere 325G skid loader from Murphy Tractor & Equipment Company in an amount not to exceed $74,796.08, and authorize the City Administrator to effectuate the agreement, and approve any additional change orders not to exceed 10% of the total contract amount.
3. Recommendation from Public Service Director:<br>Authorize the purchase of a Maintainer Crane Truck from MTech Company in an amount not to exceed $214,689 , and authorize the City Administrator to effectuate the agreement, and approve any additional change orders not to exceed 10% of the total contract amount.
4. Approve the regular meeting minutes of July 13, 2026.
5. Recommendation from Municipal Planning Commission:<br>Approve first reading of Ordinance 032-2026, an ordinance amending Section 1101.02 and Section 1136.12(a)(4)(l) of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Maumee, Ohio, to permit asphalt as an alternative approved material for residential driveway approaches, to establish related construction specifications and to add related definitions to Chapter 1101.
6. Recommendation from Finance and Economic Development Committee: <br>Approve Ordinance 029-2026, an ordinance authorizing the Finance Director to create a special revenue fund titled Maumee Community Cares Utility Assistance for the purpose of accepting donations to support customers experiencing financial hardship and the ability to pay water and sewer charges. (second reading)
