  1. Recommendation from City Administrator:<br>Authorize City Administrator to enter into agreement with Metroparks Toledo to establish and operate a publicly accessible Food Waste Drop-off site at Side Cut Metropark. The operating costs through GoZERO of approximately $10,660 were included in the 2026 budget.
  2. Approve the regular meeting minutes of August 3, 2026.
  3. Recommendation from Mayor:<br><span style="margin-left:0in;">Authorize the closure of roads on Wednesday, September 23 from approximately 6pm-7pm for the Homecoming Parade. The route will start at Maumee High School, left on Shelley, left on Seventh, left on Craig, left on Fort, down Mannik Way then around the track at the Stadium, down Village Trail, left on Shelly, left on Saco and back to the front of the loop of the high school.
  4. Recommendation from Finance and Economic Development Committee:<br>Approve first reading of Ordinance 031-2026, an ordinance adopting the City of Maumee Job Creation and Retention Grant Program, repealing all prior Job Creation And Job Creation Mini-Grant ordinances and guidelines, and authorizing its administration.
  5. Recommendation from City Administrator:<br>Approve a 3% increase in the hourly rate of pay for City of Maumee Crossing Guards for the upcoming school year. The requested increase is consistent with the 3% wage increase provided to non-management ordinance employees for 2026.
  6. Recognition of medical call crew response:<br>Medic 94 – Ron Wedge, Matt Duplaga, <span style="margin-left:0in;">Engine 94 – Lt. Sam Johnson, Chris Lechman, Tim Monto, Matt Oehlers, and Maumee Police – Ofc. Jaired Valare.
