1. Recommendation from Municipal Planning Commission:<br>Approve first reading of Ordinance 038-2026, an ordinance amending Sections 1101.02, 1125.08, 1125.09, 1125.11, 1125.14, and 1135.08 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Maumee to establish development agreement provisions within the zoning code, repealing existing Sections 1101.02, 1125.08, 1125.09, 1125.11, 1125.14, and 1135.08 in their entirety, and declaring an effective date (ZCA26-0003).
2. Recommendation from Public Service Committee:<br>Approve an amendment to the contract between the City of Maumee and Crestline Paving and Excavation Co. Inc to complete improvements to High Street that were delayed from the originally awarded contract from June of 2025.
3. Approve the regular meeting minutes of August 17, 2026.
4. Recommendation from Environmental and Tree Advisory Commission:<br>Approve first reading of Ordinance 039-2026, an ordinance amending Chapter 184 of the codified ordinances of the City of Maumee, entitled “Environmental and Tree Commission,” and declaring an effective date.
5. Recommendation from Moratorium Research Commission:<br>Approve first reading of Ordinance 036-2026, an ordinance amending Sections 741.01, 741.02, 741.03, 741.04, and 741.05 of the codified ordinances of the City of Maumee to establish a unified local licensing framework for medical and adult-use marijuana entities under Chapter 3796 of the Ohio Revised Code; and repealing Ordinance No. 026-2025.
6. Recommendation from Public Safety Committee:<br>Approve first reading of Ordinance 024-2026, an ordinance amending Chapter 965 of the Maumee Codified Ordinances – Parks and Playgrounds.
7. Recommendation from Finance and Economic Development Committee:<br>Approve Ordinance 037-2026, an ordinance levying an additional four-tenths (0.4) mills of charter millage for police pension purposes pursuant to Article X, Section 2 of the Charter of the City of Maumee, Ohio, and declaring an emergency.
8. Recommendation from Finance and Economic Development Committee:<br>Approve Ordinance 033-2026, an ordinance amending Ordinance 016-2024 and establishing basis for allocation of assessments for costs of lighting the streets and public ways in the City of Maumee, Ohio, and declaring an emergency.
9. Recommendation from the Public Service Committee:<br>Approve Ordinance 035-2026, an ordinance amending and restating Section 1 of Ordinance No. 001-2026 to increase the membership of the Sewer Remediation Review Committee from three to five voting members, to provide for the transition and staggering of terms, to clarify that temporary appointments do not require Council confirmation, to establish a quorum requirement, to provide for good-cause extensions of the committee's hearing and decision deadlines, and declaring an emergency.
10. Recommendation from Finance and Economic Development Committee:<br>Approve Ordinance 034-2026, an ordinance levying special assessments for the property owners' share of the cost of lighting the streets and public ways in the City of Maumee, Ohio, and declaring an emergency.
11. Recommendation from Municipal Planning Commission:<br>Approve second reading of Ordinance 018-2026, an ordinance adding Chapter 1147 to the Maumee Codified Ordinances- Solar Regulations.
