- Recommendation from the Public Safety Committee:<br>Approve the purchase of the Pierce Enforcer Rescue Pumper from Pierce Manufacturing at a cost of $1,389,915.00 to replace Engine 94 that has reached the end of its recommended 20 year frontline service life.
- Recommendation from the Public Service Director:<br>Authorize the mayor to enter into a contract with the Mannik Smith Group for engineering services related to the reconstruction of the roadways and sidewalks of the newly named Timbers Town Center in an amount not to exceed $298,500.00.

- Recommendation from the Finance Director:<br>Approve Ordinance 045-2026, an ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of notes in the maximum principal amount of $8,800,000, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of paying the costs of the construction, installation, and equipping of a building for the sanitary sewer utility, and other related improvements, together with all necessary appurtenances thereto, and waiving the three readings.

- Recommendation from the Public Service Committee:<br>Approve Ordinance 035-2026, an ordinance amending and restating Section 1 of Ordinance No. 001-2026 to increase the membership of the Sewer Remediation Review Committee from three to five voting members, to provide for the transition and staggering of terms, to clarify that temporary appointments do not require Council confirmation, to establish a quorum requirement, to provide for good-cause extensions of the committee's hearing and decision deadlines, and declaring an emergency.
