Rescind and Replace Resolution 2026-533 dated September 3, 2026, Approve Expedited Type 2 Annexation of 1.519 acres from Monroe Township to the City of Mount Vernon, Ohio, of County Owned Property, Parcel #49-00510.000 – Knox County Board of Commissioners – 17635 Coshocton Road, Mount Vernon, Ohio 43050.
- 2. Approve the Ohio Department of Development - Office of Community Development - Draw Request Number 2 for CDBG Village of Danville Water System Improvements Project, in the amount of $10,400.00, (Grant # B-X-25-1BM-1).
- 3. Authorize the Knox County Auditor to Release Permissive Auto Tax Funds to the Village of Danville, Ohio, as recommended by the Knox County Engineer Cameron Keaton, in the amount of $13,091.95, for 2026 road improvements within the village.
- 4. Approve the Memorandum of Understanding between the Knox County Juvenile Court and Peachtree Monitoring, for GPS tracking, curfew, house arrest, and alcohol monitoring.
