Approve a Resolution Providing for the Issuance and Sale of Notes in the maximum principal amount of $2,500,000, in anticipation of the Issuance of Bonds, for the purpose of paying the costs of the acquisition, renovation, improvement, equipping and installation of certain real property and structures located on West Chestnut Street, being the same tax parcel identified by the Knox County Auditor as 66-01294.008 and providing for the site preparation thereof, together with all necessary appurtenances thereto.
