  7. C. A Discussion regarding the Staffing Plan for the first year to expand Fiber to the Residents. Brief Description: To support the expansion of Velocity Broadband and bring fiber access to non-fiber served areas in Hudson, the staffing levels need to increase. The deployment plan will span four years and requires careful planning to ensure fiscal stability.
