AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PART TEN, "STREETS, UTILITIES AND PUBLIC SERVICES CODE" OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES, TO AMEND CHAPTER 1016 USE OF PUBLIC WAYS BY SERVICE PROVIDERS AND CABLE TELEVISION PROVIDERS. Brief Description: This Ordinance will amend the City’s Codified Ordinances relating to regulations applying to use of public ways by service providers and cable television providers in the City’s public right-of-way, found in Chapter 1016, “Use Of Public Ways by Service Providers and Cable Television Providers,” of the Streets, Utilities, and Public Services Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Hudson.
