A Discussion regarding the Staffing Plan for the first year to expand Fiber to the Residents. Brief Description: To support the expansion of Velocity Broadband and bring fiber access to non-fiber served areas in Hudson, the staffing levels need to increase. The deployment plan will span four years and requires careful planning to ensure fiscal stability. In the first year of this project, up to four additional full-time employees will be needed: design engineering, field and construction duties in the Outside Plant, and customer onboarding, marketing, and management in City Hall Offices.
