AN ORDINANCE AMENDING 432.36, “SHORTCUTTING ACROSS PRIVATE PROPERTY” PROHIBITING THE UNAUTHORIZED USE OF PUBLIC PROPERTY AND PUBLIC SCHOOL PROPERTY BY MOTOR VEHICLES AS A SHORTCUT. Brief Description: Per Section 432.36, this Ordinance would prohibit shortcutting across public property.
