AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ACCEPT THE DONATION OF $27,000 FROM THE PIPERS KEY FOUNDATION FOR A CHILDREN’S MEMORIAL GARDEN AT OAK GROVE PARK. Brief Description: During the planning of the new DREAM playground at Oak Grove, Pipers Key Foundation requested to place a memorial garden in the playground area. Park Board approved this request as a part of the playground design that was approved by Planning Commission and City Council.
