AN ORDINANCE PERMITTING THE INSTALLATION AND ENFORCEMENT OF NO RIGHT TURN ON RED SIGNS AT THE INTERSECTION OF E. STREETSBORO STREET (SR 303) AND N. HAYDEN PARKWAY PURSUANT TO SECTION 414.03(c)(4) OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. Brief Description: Per Chapter 414.03(c).4, this Ordinance would allow for the installation and enforcement of NO RIGHT TURN ON RED signs at the intersection of E. Streetsboro Street (SR 303) and N. Hayden Parkway.
