A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ADVERTISE FOR COMPETITIVE BIDS AND TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT FOR THE INSTALLATION OF A SIDEWALK ALONG STATE ROUTE 91 FROM CHAPEL STREET TO PROSPECT STREET; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. Brief Description: The project includes the installation of a new 5-foot wide sidewalk along the east side of SR 91 from Chapel Street to Prospect Street within the City of Hudson right-of-way.
