AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PART EIGHT, “BUSINESS REGULATION AND TAXATION CODE,” CHAPTER 860 OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES. Brief Description: This is 2 of 3 Ordinances that will enact or amend City of Hudson Codified Ordinances as listed in the attached Exhibit A of the Ordinance. These changes will be used to regulate on-street parking of landscape trucks within the City as discussed at the October 22, 2024 and March 11, 2025 Council Workshops.
