A variance of fifty (50) feet from the required fifty (50) foot stream corridor setback resulting in a zero (0) foot setback pursuant to section 1207.03(e)(1)C “Wetland/Stream Corridor Protection - Stream Corridor Setbacks” of the City of Hudson Land Development Code. The applicant is George Hess of 12121 Kinsman Road, Newbury, Ohio 44065. The property owners are Douglas and Susan Sachtleben, 2081 Edgeview Drive, Hudson, Ohio 44236 for the property at 2081 Edgeview Dr in District 1 [Suburban Residential Neighborhood] within the City of Hudson.
