A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT WITH RDL ARCHITECTS FOR THE DOWNTOWN DEVELOPMENT CONCEPT SITE PLAN; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. Brief Description: The concept plan will illustrate the community’s interests for the Clinton Crossing property and will be submitted for Concept Plan Review at Planning Commission as a City-led application, followed by future preliminary and final plan reviews that would be completed and submitted by a developer.
