A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO RETROACTIVELY ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH THE SUMMIT COUNTY PUBLIC DEFENDER’S OFFICE; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. Brief Description: The City enters into an annual agreement with the Legal Defenders Office of Summit County for the defense of indigent defendants. This Resolution authorizes such an agreement during the year 2026.
