A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS AND ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH THE LOWEST AND BEST BIDDER FOR LABOR AND EQUIPMENT TO INSTALL AND TERMINATE UNDERGROUND FIBER CABLE AND CONDUIT FOR THE FIBER TO THE HOME PROJECT, AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED $1,000,000 FOR A ONE-YEAR TERM.
