A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS AND TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH THE LOWEST AND BEST BIDDER FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE SECOND PHASE OF THE FIBER TO THE HOME PROJECT; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY Brief Description: This contract covers the construction of the second phase of the Velocity Broadband Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) project. Following the cancellation of the previous contracts due to updated construction specifications intended to enhance safety, this phase will now combine the areas originally approved.
