AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE AND SALE OF NOT TO EXCEED $5,000,000 OF NOTES, IN ANTICIPATION OF THE ISSUANCE OF BONDS, FOR THE PURPOSE OF PAYING COSTS OF REMODELING, RENOVATING, ENLARGING, FURNISHING, EQUIPPING AND OTHERWISE IMPROVING THE CITY’S FIRE/EMS FACILITY INCLUDING CONSTRUCTING A NEW DETACHED GARAGE BUILDING ON, AND CLEARING, IMPROVING AND EQUIPPING, THE SITE. Brief Description: This ordinance allows for the financing of the remodeling/renovation of the Fire/EMS facility.
