AN ORDINANCE ENACTING SECTION 11 OF CHAPTER 1419, “ENGINEERING STANDARDS FOR INFRASTRUCTURE CONSTRUCTION,” AND AMENDING SECTION 1016.04(p) AND SECTION 1 OF CHAPTER 1419 OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES. Brief Description: Staff would like to update Section 1 and add to new Section 11 which relates to new standards and regulations for Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) method of construction.
