A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT WITH TMS ENGINEERS, INC. FOR A TRAFFIC IMPACT STUDY FOR THE PROPOSED CLINTON CROSSING PROJECT. Brief Description: This project includes a traffic impact study for the proposed Clinton Crossing Project. The study will determine the potential impacts that this proposed development would have on the existing roadway network around the Downtown area. The total cost of the study is $70,939 which includes a 10% contingency.
