AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 1202.04(b)(3) OF THE LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE RELEVANT TO ARCHITECTURAL AND HISTORIC BOARD OF REVIEW ADVICE OF CONSULTANT Brief Description: The AHBR utilizes the services of a consultant on several cases a year within the historic district. Proposed amendment would allow the board to consider consultants firms recognized by the state historic preservation office in addition to licensed architects.
