OVIATT STREET WITH THE LOWEST AND BEST BIDDER; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. Brief Description: This Resolution would authorize the advertisement, receipt of bids and award of contracts for the interior renovation of the existing Fire and EMS Building as well as the construction of an outbuilding for use by the Fire Department located at 40 S. Oviatt Street.
