AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 15-100 AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO SET RATES FOR VELOCITY BROADBAND COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMERS; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY Brief Description: Ordinance No. 15-100 gave authority to the City Manager to establish rates for Velocity Broadband’s commercial customers. This legislation gives the City Manager authority to establish rates for both commercial and residential customers.
