A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT WITH GPD GROUP FOR THE BRANDYWINE CREEK WATERSHED STUDY UPDATE. Brief Description: The Brandywine Creek Watershed Study Update will expand and update a previously completed storm water hydraulic study conducted in the watershed in 2019. This study update will expand the existing storm system model and evaluate the trunk storm water infrastructure within the Brandywine Creek Tributary Watershed, and to identify and recommend future improvements to mitigate flooding.
