A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS AND TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT FOR THE WILLOW LAKE DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, PHASE 2 WITH THE LOWEST AND BEST BIDDER. Brief Description: This project is the second phase to a project that will provide stormwater relief to some residents around Willow Lake and also capture some of the runoff heading towards downtown and redirect it to the stormwater basins at Colony Park. The ponds will be enlarged to provide a benefit upstream and downstream at a cost of $950,000, which includes a 10% contingency.
