A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO STORM WATER EASEMENTS FOR THE 1900 MIDDLETON ROAD DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT. Brief Description: This resolution would authorize the City Manager to enter into Storm Water Easement Agreements with four properties: 1900 and 1914 Middleton Road, and 1899 and 1913 Ashley Drive. The easements are necessary for the City's future maintenance of a new storm sewer system, which will be installed on these properties. This new storm sewer project, scheduled for construction in the summer of 2025, aims to alleviate overland flooding that currently affects the area during most rain events. No storm sewer system presently exists through these properties.
