A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH SUMMIT COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF SANITARY SEWER SERVICES FOR A SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT THROUGH THE CITY OWNED PARKING LOT ADJACENT TO HEINEN’S GROCERY STORE LOCATED AT 19 CLINTON STREET Brief Description: This Resolution authorizes the City Manager to enter into a Sanitary Sewer Easement Agreement with Summit County Department of Sanitary Sewer Services to allow for a new sanitary sewer installation and future maintenance through the City’s parking lot adjacent to Heinen’s grocery store located at 19 Clinton Street.
