AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A HUDSON CITY FLAG, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. Brief Description: This Ordinance would adopt a Hudson City Flag. Staff have been working with KSU to develop a final design for consideration. Based on Council comment and recommendations, Staff has a final design for Council consideration.
