AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING SECTION 210.02 OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF HUDSON AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO SOLICIT REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING DESIGN SERVICES; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. Brief Description This Ordinance would allow staff to obtain pricing from professional design firms by soliciting Request for Proposals (RFP’s) in accordance with the Ohio Revised Code Section 153.69.
