A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE OHIO TURNPIKE AND INFRASTRUCTURE COMMISSION FOR COOPERATION AND COST SHARING FOR THE WIDENING OF PROSPECT STREET OVER THE TURNPIKE. Brief Description: The project would include the design and construction costs to widen the Ohio Turnpike’s bridge on Prospect Street, so that a future trail along the west side of Prospect Street can be constructed by the City.
