A RESOLUTION RETROACTIVELY APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF A COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT WITH THE OHIO PATROLMEN’S BENEVOLENT ASSOCIATION (FULL-TIME DISPATCHERS BARGAINING UNIT) FOR THE YEARS 2024 THROUGH 2026 AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO SAID AGREEMENT, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. Brief Description: This legislation seeks approval of the terms and conditions of the collective bargaining agreement that was negotiated by the City Manager with the Ohio Patrolmen’s Benevolent Association and authorization for the City Manager to enter into said agreement.
