A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT WITH OSBORN ENGINEERING FOR THE DESIGN OF THE RAVENNA STREET STORMWATER MANAGEMENT IMPROVEMENTS. Brief Description: The purpose of this request for proposal (RFP) was to solicit proposals from professional design, engineering and surveying consultants (Consultant) for the analysis, engineering, and design of the Ravenna Street Stormwater Management Improvements. The project will include the review, analysis of the existing pond volumes and discharges in order to maximize storage in a new regional storm water pond and reduce overland flooding to downstream properties along Ravenna Street. In addition to the project reducing flooding to properties on Ravenna Street, the site is located upstream of the Barlow Community Center Dams which will help with flood control for downtown properties.
