IN THE AMOUNT OF TWO MILLION SEVEN-HUNDRED FORTY-FOUR THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED NINETY-FOUR DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($2,744,594.00) FOR THE ELLSWORTH MEADOWS GOLF COURSE CLUBHOUSE PROJECT; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
