A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT WITH K2M DESIGN FOR THE COMPLETION OF A COMPREHENSIVE FIRE AND EMS STAFFING AND FACILITIES NEEDS STUDY FOR THE CITY OF HUDSON; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. Brief Description: The purpose of this request for proposal (RFP) was to solicit qualification & fee proposals from qualified Consultants for a comprehensive City of Hudson Fire and EMS Staffing and Facility Needs Study for the City of Hudson to use as a guide in the future. This study will include an in-depth review of staffing and operational efficiency. The study will also evaluate the current and future facility and equipment needs for Fire and EMS.
