Repeal Ordinance C-22-25, an ordinance to require no further investment of staff time or finance resources at the Brookpark Middle School location outside of required utility bills or contractual obligations without the approval of City Council and to require the City Administrator to engage in negotiations to terminate or renegotiate the Brookpark Lease Agreement with Southwestern City Schools to the mutual benefit of all parties. First reading.
2. Provide for the submission to the electors of the City of Grove City, Ohio at the General Election to be held on November 03, 2026 the Initiative Amendments to the Grove City Charter to add a new Article titled Community Consent Amendment. First reading.
3. Amend various sections of Chapter 351 of the Codified Ordinances regarding Parking and the Parking of Recreational Vehicles. First reading.

5. <div>Authorize the Annexation of 0.190<u>+</u> acres of city-owned property located east of State Route 104 from Jackson Township to the City of Grove City. First reading.
6. Authorize the Dedication and Acceptance of 5.10<u>+</u> acres to become a Street in the public right-of-way and Rename the Street “Tournament Way”. First reading.
7. Replace Exhibit “A” of the Town Center Commercial Revitalization Grant Program as approved by Ord. C-09-19. Second reading and public hearing.
